Do I need to keep the packaging?
Yes. All original packaging (including internal supports and foam) must be retained. Returns cannot be accepted without it.
Our equipment is designed and tested for serious training environments. To reflect this, we offer industry-leading warranties across our product categories, with coverage varying based on intended use (home vs commercial).

Only issues defaults with uprights not operational issues but never the less 5 grand later you want perfection, no plate numbers for my weight stacks no instruction manual. The product itself fantastic, still waiting for Michelle operations manager to get back to me regarding my email. 4/5 for the issues and urgency in resolving otherwise would rate 5/5"
"Well built and easy to assemble. The cables are also really smooth. Definitely great value for money. Only minor issue was delivery of the item - yes it was on time, and was no damage. But there was only one guy to deliver it and I had to help carry many heavy boxes from the truck to our house. I guess it’s a bonus workout :)"

The quality of the pulley's is second to none, ultra smooth. The cable accessories that i purchased with it are excellent quality as well. They forgot the pullup bars with the original delivery but with a quick email they were on their way, great customer service.
