We stand behind the performance, durability, and quality of all Sumo Strength equipment. That’s why we proudly offer a 100 Day Home Trial on all products.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch. If you need to edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll always do our best to assist, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
100 Day Home Trial – No-Fuss Guarantee
Use your Sumo Strength equipment in your home or commercial gym for up to 100 days. If you’re not satisfied with the performance, you may return the item(s) for a full refund of the product value.
How It Works:
- Place your order
- Receive your equipment and keep all original packaging
- Use your equipment for up to 100 days
- If you’re not satisfied, contact us and we’ll assist with return arrangements
- Once returned to our warehouse, our team will inspect the item
- If the product shows only reasonably expected signs of wear and tear, a full refund of the item value will be issued
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- All original packaging is required (including cardboard, foam, and protective materials)
- Returns will not be accepted without full original packaging
- Trial use must not involve group classes, continuous unattended access, or commercial member traffic exceeding standard private studio use
- Excessive wear beyond standard testing may affect refund eligibility
Faulty or Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of both the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products returned without original packaging
- Items that have been modified beyond standard use
- Damage caused by misuse or incorrect assembly
Refund Processing
Once your return has been approved and received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
All refunds require valid proof of purchase.
This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
