The Adjustable Bench 2.0 offers 6 backrest positions and 2 seat positions from flat to 90 degrees, allowing you to target different muscle groups with ease. We’ve also designed this bench with no locking pins whatsoever, so you can adjust positions quickly and easily.

Introducing the Sumo Strength Fold Away Bench, our most space efficient bench ever.

Built with the home gym user in mind, the fold away bench is super lightweight, and can be folded down completely flat. This ensures the bench does not take up precious floor space in the home gym when not in use. We’ve included a wall mounted hanging storage rack for quick,
easy and space efficient storage.

Although created for home use, the fold away bench still boasts a 200kg weight limit. This is one of our most versatile benches, with 7 backrest positions and 3 seat positions, you can easily adjust the bench from flat to inclined and declined positions, allowing for huge exercise selection.

Built with a heavy-duty base, the Adjustable bench is made with heavy duty 2mm carbon steel, and has a weight capacity of 400kg, making it suitable for the heaviest of lifters.

The Sumo Strength Bench offers 7 backrest positions and 4 seat positions, allowing you to target different muscle groups with ease. Although not a zero-gap bench, we have designed this bench with minimal gaps, ensuring a comfortable position at each angle.

Built with a heavy-duty base, the Adjustable bench is made with heavy duty 2mm carbon steel and has a weight capacity of 400kg, making it suitable for the heaviest of lifters. With 7 backrest positions and 5 seat positions, you can easily adjust the bench from flat to inclined and declined positions, making exercise choice basically limitless, allowing you to target different muscle groups with ease. The foot pads can be fixed into position to ensure a tight lock when performing decline movements.
