What’s Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Faults in materials or workmanship
  • Structural failure under normal and intended use

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, Sumo Strength will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product
  • Replace the product or affected part
  • Issue a refund where appropriate

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface rust
  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, overloading, or improper use
  • Damage caused by incorrect assembly, handling, or storage
  • Use of equipment outside its intended purpose
  • Products that have been modified or repaired by a non-authorised party
  • Commercial use where no commercial warranty applies (e.g. adjustable dumbbells)

Assembly, Use & Warranty Compliance

All equipment must be:

  • Assembled strictly in accordance with Sumo Strength installation guidelines
  • Used only as intended for strength and conditioning training
  • Maintained appropriately, including routine bolt checks and equipment inspections

In commercial environments, the site operator is responsible for daily inspections, scheduled maintenance, and user supervision of all equipment.

Failure to follow these requirements may void your warranty.

Making a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer care team with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Confirmation of home or commercial use

All claims are assessed promptly and fairly.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
