Who pays for shipping on returns?
We fully refund the item value if it doesn’t meet your expectations — but shipping costs, both original and return, remain the customer’s responsibility.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
Yes. All original packaging (including internal supports and foam) must be retained. Returns cannot be accepted without it.
