• If you find a competitor’s lower price on an identical item that is in-stock and available we will match it. This excludes commercial quantities, stock clearances or liquidations, quotations, and any shipping charges.

100 Day Home Trial

• Use our equipment in your home or commercial gym for 100 days, and if you’re not satisfied with the performance of any item, we will provide a no-fuss refund to the full value of the item/s.

• Receive your order, making sure to keep all of the original packaging.
• Use your Sumo equipment for up to 100 days
• If you’re not satisfied with any item, contact us and we will assist you to arrange a return and refund of the item.
• Once the equipment is returned to our warehouse, our team will check the condition of the goods, and if the goods show only reasonably expected signs of wear and tear, we will arrange a full refund for the value of the item/s. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and that original shipping costs (if applicable) unfortunately cannot be refunded.

• Who is responsible for shipping costs?

• • • We 100% stand by the quality of our products and as such will happily refund the full value of any item/s that do no perform to your satisfaction up to 100 days. Unfortunately we are unable to cover shipping costs (original or return), and they are the responsibility of the customer. If you are not satisfied with your item/s and decide to proceed with a return, we will refund the full value of the item, less the cost of return shipping.
  • What if I didn't keep the original packaging?
    • Please keep all original packaging, including cardboard, Styrofoam etc. Returns will not be accepted if any part of the original packaging is missing.

Industry Grade Warranties

• Our team work tirelessly to develop great quality products designed for Australian conditions. We offer industry-leading warranties throughout our range and are here to help when problems do occur.
• Our warranties vary by product depending upon their intended application and use and a table summarising these can be found here.
• Our warranties do not cover cosmetic damage, general wear and tear, improper use, or colourisation changes due to the natural nature of some materials such as rubber.

We offer free click and collect at our Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth warehouses (click here to see more details of each). We have also partnered with trusted national freight companies to help ship your products directly to you as fast and efficiently as possible. In most cases, if an item is in stock we are able to pick and dispatch your order the same, or next business day.
