Do I need to keep the packaging?
Yes. All original packaging (including internal supports and foam) must be retained. Returns cannot be accepted without it.
Our equipment is designed and tested for serious training environments. To reflect this, we offer industry-leading warranties across our product categories, with coverage varying based on intended use (home vs commercial).

"Have only used it a few times but it's pretty solid. Sumo gear is great. Padding is nice etc. Instructions are terrible, if you are handy you'll be OK. Otherwise pay someone to build it for you. The main pin, the one that slides in is ridiculously hard to get in. Have to hammer it in and once it's 3/4 in I used an M12 coach bolt to get it the rest of the way."
"Average assembly instructions. The pin that is required to be inserted to connect the leg extension to the plate holder is over size and requires an executional amount of force to insert with a synthetic hammer and block. There probably should be a saftey warning for driving the pin so that people aren’t hitting metal on metal and getting a metal splinter in their eye"
"Really like the machine but wish it could fit more bumper plates on to load it. Max is two 20s and one 15kg plate. Very user friendly but I’ll need to buy steel plates to load it enough"
"This is the first ever negative review I’ve ever left on anything in my life. I had high hopes for this product but respectfully I had a terrible experience. - Product was shipped with parts unsecured loosely in a box, leading to external damage during shipping - One part was manufactured incorrectly and needed to be replaced because it didn’t fit (thank you to the parts manager who promptly addressed this) - Another part that secures the lever arm was missing from the box (and from the instructions) but was crucial to the functioning of the machine. Asked for a replacement part, and it never came - Got fed up and asked for a refund. Customer service impossible to get hold of. They would never reply for weeks until you send a reminder email. I had to do this multiple times, and I felt bad for doing it, but there was no other way to get a response. - Entire ordeal took over two months for them to facilitate a refund I would have liked to give the benefit of the doubt that this was a once off case, but Google reviews say otherwise."
