We are a family here at Sumo Strength. Behind the scenes, we work all hours of the day to ensure our content, products, and customer service are of the highest standard. We would love you to join our community so we can help more and more people everyday with their strength and fitness journey!
We all love free content, and we can't wait to share with you all our workouts, exercises, and nutrition tips from our experts at Team Sumo. We are working very hard behind the scenes to create the best content for everyone.
We have recently just launched our tiktok account (@sumostrength.au) where our resident strenth and fitness coach, Sam, will take you through a range of exercises to add onto any workout!
We are also adding weekly nutrition tips to our Instagram (@sumstrength.au) to help our community with lifestyle choices as well as workouts. Our certified nutrition is partnering up with our Athletes, and will deliver some awesome free content for anyone who would want that extra helping hand at home!
We love giving back to the community that give us so much support everyday. We occasionally hold competitions or giveaways which include awesome prizes!
We also have a monthly giveaway running where all you have to do is follow our Instagram (@sumostrength.au), post a photo of your Sumo purchase and then tag us!
