5. Once the item is back in our warehouse and shows only reasonable wear, we’ll issue a full refund of the item value

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and original freight costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

FAQ

Who pays for shipping on returns?
We fully refund the item value if it doesn’t meet your expectations — but shipping costs, both original and return, remain the customer’s responsibility.

Do I need to keep the packaging?
Yes. All original packaging (including internal supports and foam) must be retained. Returns cannot be accepted without it.

Our equipment is designed and tested for serious training environments. To reflect this, we offer industry-leading warranties across our product categories, with coverage varying based on intended use (home vs commercial).

Warranty coverage excludes:

• Cosmetic wear

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper use or overloading

• Colour changes or natural aging of materials such as rubber
