"I’ve been using this set for a couple of weeks now. It’s been a great addition to my compact home gym. The adjustment mechanism in the dumbbells works seamlessly for quick changes between sets. The bench is tough and solid. I was looking at some adjustable dumbbell sets that go higher than 32kgs but in the end I think these accommodate most exercises, and if I need to go heavier I’ll probably buy some hex dumbbells as chance of dropping is higher at higher weights."
