We're working as hard as we can to deliver all your orders

We are currently experiencing a significant increase in our sales volume, emails, and phone calls, especially from areas affected by the latest COVID lockdowns. We appreciate that you have chosen to shop with SUMO during this trying time and from all of us here, we thank you!

Our carriers have also seen an increase in their volumes and are working hard to get your orders delivered as quickly and safely as possible. We are continually working with our preferred providers to ensure that all your orders are delivered, although we are experiencing delays in New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and South Australia, due to the evolving COVID situation.

Our warehouse team are working overtime to process all the orders in a timely manner. Please note that due to the high demand we are currently experiencing, you should allow 5-7 days for dispatch of all in-stock items.

All our carriers are working in line with COVID-safe measures to keep you safe. In many cases our carriers have increased processing hours and added more depots in affected areas to keep up with the surge in volume.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment of delayed deliveries and ask for your patience and understanding as we deal with various issues that are outside of our direct control.

For the latest estimated stock dispatch dates, please use the below table as a guide. Unfortunately due to shipping delays around the globe, these dates are estimates only and may be subject to change. We will update this table on a weekly basis with the most accurate information possible.
