Our Quad-Grip weight plates are ideal for your everyday training, with a tough rubber coating, these plates have been built with longevity in mind.

These plates have been designed to fit seamlessly around our Olympic barbells. Olympic barbells are standardised with 50mm shaft diameters, so these plates will fit perfectly. Barbell collars should be used to create even more stability.

The 4-Grip design allow this style of weight plate to be used without a barbell.
